Before you install the fuel injector nozzle in the injector, you should check whether the nozzle is cracked, leaking, rusted, or deformation.
The quality of the fuel injector directly determines whetherthefuel can be fully combusted and whether the burner's emissions meet environmental standards.
The function of the fuel nozzle is to ensure thorough atomization of the liquid fuel. The finer theatomized droplets, the more complete the combustion.
Check whetherthe nozzle is deformation,if there iscracking, thread damage, quenching, leakage and rust in the guide sleeve, spring, gasket, and tight cap of the nozzle. The tight cap of the nozzle must be replaced after being disassembled for more than 5 times.
1) Replace the tight cap of the nozzle and the copper gasket of the injector nozzle.
2) Check whether the gap between the nozzle needle and the nozzle shell is within theusagestandard range.
3) Examinedall parts under a microscope at least 20 times to exclude if there is signs of wear.
Noticed:
*Nozzle tight cap deformation, cracking, thread damage, quenching, orleakage leads to black smoke, and causesfuel injector damage.
*Injector opening pressure greater than or less than the specified range may cause injector damage.
* If don’t replace wearing parts in time during maintenance, theymay lead to fuel injector damage.
1) Clean the injector nozzle in an ultrasonic cleaner for 3-5 minutes before installation. During the cleaning, the impurities on the surface of the injector nozzlewill be washed away.
2) Use compressed air to clean the cleaning fluidthatattachon the surface of the injector nozzle after cleaning, and clean it up to theusagestandard.
Installing fuel injector nozzle is a technical job, if you are unfamiliar with the preparatory steps prior to installation and the installation precautions, please take your accessories to a car repair shop and have a professional technician carry out the work for you.
